- All parents/guardians are invited to volunteer to help with their students' party!
- All volunteers are required to complete the District 67 Volunteer Form to attend an End of Year Party. Click HERE to complete the form.
- This year we have three volunteer roles, as outlined below.
- If you wish to attend, it is a requirement that you signup in advance.
- This is a school event so younger siblings cannot attend and volunteers are NOT allowed to take photos at the event.
- GMS VOLUNTEER NOTE: Volunteers do NOT need to attend the full length of the party. Please include the time you are available in the comments of the sign-up.Â
Party Coordinator - One per grade
- Attend Virtual Party Coordinator Meeting
- Create party agenda
- Gain alignment on agenda with assigned grade-level teacher
- Work with lead volunteers in advance of the party
- Coordinate party set-up
- Assign tasks to other parent volunteers
Lead Volunteers - 5-10 per grade
- Assist Party Coordinator with planning in advance of the party
- Assist with party set up
- Assist with lunch (setup / serve)
- Facilitate group activities
- Assist with set-up or clean-up
General Volunteers - No limit
- Receive volunteer assignment upon arrival to the party
- Assist with set-up/clean-up
