We are looking for parent volunteers to help with the Winter Classroom parties!

Event details:

• Parties will take place on Friday, December 22 from 1:30-2:30 pm. (Except for morning PK, please note the time and plan to be there 15 minutes before the party start time)
• Volunteers will sign up in advance. For each classroom we we will need 3 volunteers.
• Instructions and materials for all activities will be provided. All volunteers will assist with the activities in the classroom.
• All volunteers will need to be scanned and checked in the system and badges issued in the office. If you have not gone through this process previously this school year, it is requested that you do this ahead of time before the day of the party. This can be done anytime during the school day from now until December 22. If you are unable to do this, please come to school by 12:45 on the day of the party so that the office can scan you. Please bring your drivers license/ID. 
• All other volunteers who have gone through the screening process this school year can arrive at the school between 1:15-1:30.

Let's give thanks to our wonderful teachers and staff! Your D67 PTA is launching another "Stock the Lounge" event to help thank our D67 staff for their hard work supporting our students. This is a great way for you to help - anything you can provide is very appreciated. 

The items listed in the sign-up form are simply suggestions. If you have an idea for something else, please select "other" and list what you'd like to donate. 

Donation Drop-off Instructions:

• Non-Perishable donations can be dropped off in a plastic bin labeled PTA DONATION outside the main entrances of Hynes and GMS THIS WEEK
• Perishable (refrigerated) items can be dropped off or sent with your children to school the week of December 11th. Please indicate specific date in your sign up. Children should bring items to the main office upon arrival in the morning. 
• Please email jasminazec@gmail.com to arrange an evening drop off.
• The staff lounges at both schools will be stocked with your donations December 11 - 15, 2023. A lovely treat as we approach winter break!
